Presentation

International Soccer Cup offers you the possibility of holding a camp in collaboration with your club to offer players an additional option for training and entertainment on different days.

The football camp proposed by International Soccer Cup is a training project for girls and boys between 8 and 19 years old to learn more about football as a sport. It is focused on a professional perspective without neglecting the values of sport. It covers the needs of each player and their personal development, making it a unique experience.

Program

This is our own programme. It has been designed using our unique methodology and with a perspective that takes care of both the individual development of the player and teamwork.

In this way, we manage to maximise results, expand the resources available to the player and reinforce the positive values associated with sport.

This programme is suitable for players of any level, from beginners to advanced players and aims to transmit the values, philosophy and methodology of International Grassroots Football. The coaches help the players to improve their football skills thanks to the learning methods that are taught. We create dynamic training sessions that have the ultimate goal of enjoying and learning by playing.

About 10 hours of training on the field are carried out per week. In addition to the training sessions on the field and some competitions, the programme includes educational workshops where topics such as sports psychology, nutrition, training analysis and the health of athletes are taught, as well as activities to promote group cohesion and teamwork through fun and learning activities.

The campus will be held in 2 time slots, in morning and afternoon shifts.

Mornings from 09:00H to 13:00H
Afternoons from 16:00h to 20:00h

The daily session will consist of 4 hours divided into 2 hours of training and 2 hours of teaching, tactical, nutritional, psychological learning and activities in classrooms and common areas.

We recommend that parents have children have a good breakfast or lunch (depending on the shift) so that they come to the campus with energy. We also remind them that it is advisable to prepare a piece of fruit for them during the mid-session break.
