Given the Law on the “Right to one’s own image” recognised in article 18.1 of the Constitution and regulated by the Law on the right to Honour, which is developed in Organic Law 1/1982, to personal/family privacy and to one’s own image, we have the obligation to be subject to the terms of the law. Accepting these terms represents the consent of the group leader for the taking of photographs during their participation in the events developed by any brand belonging to Fútbol Base Internacional and the free exploitation of the same. This implies consent to the transfer of the rights of exploitation, distribution and disclosure, transformation, public communication and reproduction of the recording and/or photograph that have been taken, so that they can be used by Fútbol Base Internacional in any communication channel (online and offline) that the entity itself has available.

I expressly declare that the recording/photographs that have been made do not violate any third party rights and therefore Fútbol Base Internacional is exempt from any liability arising from claims by third parties. Likewise, the transfer of the granted rights is also waived, as is the right to file any claim for defamation and invasion of privacy due to the use of the images.
