Payment methods and steps to follow
- Payments will be made by bank transfer to the company account indicated on the statement of account sent by International Soccer Cup to the team leader.
- Once the team has pre-registered, the organization will send confirmation. Upon receiving this confirmation, teams must pay 10% of the total pro forma invoice within 30 days of registration. In return, the organization will send the team raffle tickets to help them self-finance the tournament (only for teams from Spain). SECOND PAYMENT: 40% of the total pro forma invoice, with partial payments due up to 45 days before the event. FINAL PAYMENT: 50% of the total pro forma invoice due up to 30 days before the start of the event. Player and accompanying person lists can be modified up to 15 days before the start of the event.
- Bank fees are the responsibility of the client.
- Prices are subject to compliance with the payment deadlines established in the pro forma invoice. If payment is not made on the stipulated dates, the rates and conditions may be modified, applying those in force at the time of payment.
Cancellation Policy
- If the tournament were to be postponed, anticipated or cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organisers or caused by events outside the organisation of the tournament, the company cannot be accused or held responsible for costs or losses incurred such as transport costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc. by the delegations (participating teams, family members and other affected parties).
International Soccer Cup will not be held responsible for damages or economic losses arising from war events or civil disturbances and similar events.
The registration fee that guarantees a team’s place in the tournament will not be refunded if said team cancels its participation.
In the event of one or more people in the group unsubscribing
- For cancellations notified before 30 days of the start of the event, 100% of the costs of accommodation, transport and other contracted services (except registration) will be refunded; between 30 days and 7 days before, 50% of said costs will be refunded; and after 7 days prior, no refunds will be made.
In circumstances such as delays or missed flights, trains and buses, or any type of force majeure, the company will not make refunds.
Pending payments
In the event that there are debts upon arrival at the accommodation, the company will not offer services. That is, the team will not be able to enjoy the company’s transfers or check-in until the debt has been settled.
Loss or theft
International Soccer Cup is not responsible for any loss/theft of sports equipment or personal belongings at football fields, hotels, theme parks, etc.
Cancellation of an event
- International Soccer Cup reserves the right to cancel any of its events no less than 3 months before the event takes place.
International Soccer Cup will provide the opportunity to transfer the group’s participation to another of its events.
Fútbol Base Internacional is not responsible for expenses arising from contracts that the group has not made with the company.
